Rates & Terms

 

We pride ourselves on our transparency and integrity. Charges are per hour with a one hour minimum charge and thereafter in 15 minute increments.

Travel, parking and congestion is included in our hourly rates.
All prices are subject to VAT.

Estimates

  • Visits charged at £40.00+vat
  • Quotation emailed within 48 hours of visit
  • Estimates are only carried out Mon-Fri 07:00-17:00

Special offers

  • All new customers will qualify for 10% discount on labour only

Materials

  • All materials supplied are premium branded products with manufacturers guarantee.
  • Traveling time to collect parts will be capped at 45 mins.

Guarantee

  • All materials supplied and installed by All Works will be guaranteed for 12 months
  • We do not guarantee any materials supplied by the customer

Payment methods

Notes

  • Full payment required on completion
  • Estimated works will require a 50% refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Once works is complete and invoice has been issued, the engineer will take the balance payment.
  • All our engineers carry Card payment devices which can access payment over the phone should the customer not be present for payment
