Well, what can I say… excellent service. I had an emergency with heating – Shaan arrived the same day, he arrived at 3:30pm – honestly, I only expected him to look at what needed doing (in this case, a replacement radiator). Shaan had other ideas; he purchased a new unit and fitted it the same night! If you have never used Shaan, do yourself a favour and make him your first call! His work ethic was above and beyond, he kept clearing up after himself and the whole work was completed within 4 hours! I can't thank Shaan enough for his prompt and professional approach – would I recommend him to friends and family … one million percent!
